I originally started training with Canberra Bootcamps & Define Fitness about 9 months ago, hoping to lose some weight and try something new. Here I am today 12kgs lighter, achieving fitness goals I’d never imagined and actually enjoying it! The trainer’s at Canberra Bootcamps & Define Fitness are enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate, with a great sense of humour. Plus, it’s always nice to know that when my friends and family get sick of me talking about how much weight I lost this week or how far I ran, there is still someone who is just as excited as I am.

The thought of sending a full body selfie 12 mths ago would've made me nervous. Today however as I was getting dressed to go out and enjoy this amazing weather, I caught a glimpse of myself as I was getting ready and thought "wow". My husband must've thought the same thing because I got a wolf whistle from down the hallway... Thanks Nath, Canberra Bootcamps and Define Fitness for instilling confidence in me and helping me reach my goal - not to have a amazing body (although that's a nice side effect) but to be comfortable in my own skin and be healthy enough to run around after our beautiful little girl.

Doing Bootcamp sessions with Canberra Bootcamp and Define Fitness over the last 6 months has not only resulted in dramatic changes to my body shape by losing fat and gaining lean muscle mass. It has introduced me to a different lifestyle of clean healthy living that has been easy to maintain. I love the sessions and the variety of training activities we do. Nathan has kept me motivated the entire time by being there with encouragement, nutritional advice and a good old kick up the bum when needed!
